| Booking cancellation |
Cancellation Customers must notify La Suena Brisa if they plan on canceling their booking check-in date 7 – 10 days (or more). Please check the booking conditions before making your reservation and check the cancellation policy carefully. The cancellation request must be submitted to the email address lasuenabrisaresort@gmail.com, with CANCEL as the subject. There is a 12% administration and bank charges. You have to email or fax, or directly provide the written proof from LSB confirming the cancellation and clearly specifying the refund amount from La Suena Brisa. |

BOOKING POLICY
- 50% down payments to confirm bookings. You can also deposit at BDO Branch.
- All major transactions are CASH BASIS.
- On cancellation charges.
One hundred percent (100%) refund of the deposit if the cancellation is communicated thirty-one (31) days or more prior to the date of check in.
Fifty percent (50%) refund of the deposit if the cancellation is communicated between fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days prior to the date of check in.
No refund of the deposit shall be given if the cancellation is communicated less than fifteen (15) days to prior to the date of check-in. If a reservation was booked at one (1) to fourteen (14) days before the date of the function, and a communication is later given for its cancellation, no refund shall be given.
